| Step #1: Digital Images: Provide us with a clear digital image of each individual item or rooms that you may have. This is important that you do not send blurry photos to allow us to see the total landscape of your Estate. If you need a Real Estate Broker (we do both personal property and real estate), please take one picture outside and send it as well. There are five picture slots below to do so. |
| Step #2: Item Specifics: Please provide us with some item specifics such as if there are collections, or other items. If you have any specialized knowledge or history of what you would like for us to Review, such as years of purchase, and anything that might be special, we would love to hear the story. |
| Step #3: Payment: Payment Terms are as follows: $50.00 for the assessment, and if the auction or estate is booked, this cost is refunded at the time of the closing. It will show as a credit line item for the estate sale or auction. |
