Since January 2018, we have gone to a no-touch approach.   We take pictures, create descriptions, host virtual open houses online, host the online auction (timed or simulcast – where we call the bid as they are at home bidding), schedule times and dates for pickups, and have the new owner pick them up.  This has been designed to have minimal touch, to keep both our auctioneers and our clients safe.  So while the world shuts down, we are still able to continue working for our clients.

We’ll also coordinate shipping, storage or moving any of the items that family members wish to keep, and we’ll research, appraise, clean, and prepare high-value items in the estate to ensure they’re priced properly. If your clients don’t want some items, we can coordinate the pickup donation or properly dispose of them, as well.
