Register a Client
A referral commission* is paid to the licensed real estate broker who meets the terms below and whose registered buyer purchases and closes on the property.
Buyer Broker Requirements
Register your prospective buyer for a specific property before that buyer’s first inspection of the property. A completed Buyer Broker Registration Form is required for every registration.
Submit Early
Buyer Broker Registrations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the auction.
Accompany Your Client
Attend and sign in with your client at any inspection of the property.
Signed by Both Parties
The registration must be signed by both the prospective buyer and the broker or agent.
Attend the Auction
Attend the auction alongside your client.
