Matthew Price is a multifaceted North Carolina professional whose career spans real estate brokerage, auctioneering, estate liquidation, curriculum development, and public instruction. As a licensed Real Estate Broker (NC #303262) and Auctioneer (NCAL #8267), he serves the rapidly growing markets of Wake, Harnett, Johnston, Lee, and surrounding counties with a focus on transparent representation, data‑driven marketing, and client‑centered service.

With nearly 20 years of business presence in Wake County, Matthew has built a reputation for handling complex estate, probate, and real‑property situations with clarity and professionalism. His combined expertise allows him to offer full estate solutions from A to Z, including valuation, liquidation, auction marketing, and real estate disposition — a service model that distinguishes him from traditional brokers.

Matthew is also an NCALB‑approved instructor and an Course Sponsor for the coming Auction Academy of North Carolina, where he teaches the Auctioneer Pre‑Licensing Courses and contributes to curriculum development for the state’s auction education programs.
